Hi Loyal Customers,

We hope that things are looking up for you, your family, and your business. We are just thankful to still be open and able to serve you during such a challenging time. To stay safe and stay open, we have made some changes to the way we do business. We are no longer a walk-in shop. We are now offering live video appointments via google meet and person meetings by appt. only.

All orders are now received via our website, placed by phone or email. Orders may be shipped or picked up locally from our day office by appointment.

As you all know the Covid-19 Virus has affected every industry across the globe, and the decorated apparel industry is no different. Because we believe in transparency, I want to share my companies current challenges with you.  The T-Shirt manufacturing industry is experiencing a shortage of t-shirts due to shortages in the production chain. It really sucks because the shortage now affecting mostly all styles and brands.  Luckily, we still have plenty of merchandise for you to choose from.  The downside is that we know that eventually, our stock will run low also and we will be faced with issues like not having certain shirt colors or sizes available While we are working diligently to get our hands on stock, but the truth is there will be some items that will be impossible to get. So, I need your help to keep our staff printing. I am asking you to be understanding and flexible when placing orders over the next several months. To make ordering easy, we are grouping comparable shirts into categories of Basic Tees, RignSpun Cott0n Tees, and Premium Tri-blends.  When you place an order, we will check stock immediately and pull your shirts. If there is a shortage in any size you will be notified and presented with compatible options that are of the same quality shirt you have chosen. We may need to mix similar styles or brands to get your order completed. We will only do this as a last result. If you place an order and sizes are not available we will email or call you with alternative options.  If you ever wanted to mix brands and styles now is a great time to do so!

Ok, there is more!  We are also seeing shortages in ink and other supplies. To better serve you, we have temporarily suspended some product options. Designs are now limited to 4 colors of inks, We recommend trying our dye sublimation method for full-color designs. Please noted that some specialty inks may not be available. I want to thank you for your continued support and assure you that you will continue to receive the same great service that we have provided over the past 20 years.

Good day!

Foremost, we hope you, your families, co-workers, and communities are doing well in this unique time. 

We made it through 2020, and it’s safe to say that it did not go as planned. While the journey may be uncertain, our core values of respect, integrity, authenticity, diversity, and care continue to guide the way we navigate every season.

We are facing two major challenges:

  1. COVID-19 has impacted everyone. Our first priority is safety. I’m proud of our team for their commitment to safely remain open and willingness to embrace new social distancing protocols both inside and outside of the facility. This week, we crossed a milestone of 365 days without a reportable injury in our Dallas Facility
  2. Demand: In a very difficult season, our operations have increased in production, however, we are working with a reduced staff.  Your entrepreneurial genius is growing demand faster than we can increase capacity. We won’t be satisfied until we scale capacity so that every order ships on-time. As we work toward that goal, we will increase visibility on our average turn-around time and expected delivery dates. We may not be able to accommodate rush orders
  3. Apparel Selection: Due to the impact Covid-19 has had on our mills and distributors some products are not in stock or have low stock. We find ourselves pulling merchandise from different mills and causes order delays. To combat delays we will immediately notify you when a product is not available and present you with alternative merchandise to get your order completed.

 

This status page was originally intended to provide Covid-19 updates. In addition to those updates, we’ll also includes additional transparency on current demand, capacity, and the actions we are taking to improve your experience.
