Screen Printing is not only the oldest form of printing on shirts, It is the best most to print most apparel. Screen printed apparel is created by burning your design in a silk screen. Each color in your design needs a separate screen. We drop the inks into the screen and run a squeegee across it and the ink goes onto your shirts. This is an intensive process and requires intensive training and professional printing equipment to create high quality prints that last as long as the shirt. Our team has 20+ years experience in printing high quality decorated items. Unlike many of our competitors, we actually print our own merch.
T-Shirt Shop Dallas has been featured in several industry magazines & publications for our innovative printing techniques and quality of work

If you want to brand your custom t-shirts, we can help out by adding a custom neck tag, hang labels and even individual bagging. We offer 2 types of neck tags. We can replace the manufacturers tag with a 1 color screen printed tag on the inside of your shirts or we can create digital neck tags for inside the shirt. The method we use depends on the product we are printing, Some shirts will show screen printing though the backside of the shirt. We recommend printing a light grey tags, especially on white garments or using our digitally printed tags.
We recommend re-branding garments with tear-a-way labels. Garments with heat pressed tag are not eligible for re-tagging

You will need a file for each brand that you have with sizes and sometimes your art will have to be adjusted due to us not knowing the origin of the shirts until they arrive.
