The process starts with us getting to know your event and vision. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss:

  • Your design preferences and any customization needs (names, numbers, etc.)
  • Event logistics such as setup time, space availability, and whether you need tents, tables, or generators
2. Design Selection

Before the event, you’ll work with our expert team to choose designs that align with your brand or event theme. You can select from:

  • Custom event artwork
  • Your company logo or message
  • Personalized prints for guests (names, numbers, etc.)

If you’re unsure of the best design, our in-house graphic designers can assist in creating something that stands out.

3. Setup

On the day of your event, our team arrives early to set up the live printing station. Depending on your needs, we’ll bring:

  • Screen printing presses
  • Flash dryers or conveyor dryers
  • Ink stations and screens for your custom designs
  • Tables with white tablecloths (local events only)
  • Signage that invites your guests to participate by choosing their design and watching the magic happen

For outdoor events, we can provide tents, generators, and more to ensure the setup runs smoothly, rain or shine.

4. The Live Printing Experience

Here’s where the magic happens! Throughout the event, your guests can:

  • Select their preferred design from the available options.
  • Watch our master screen printers create their custom merchandise live.
  • Engage with our assistants for a smooth and exciting experience.

Each item is printed on-site, allowing guests to take home a one-of-a-kind keepsake that captures the essence of your event. We can print t-shirts, tote bags, caps, and even tumblers.

5. Optional: Lead Generation

If you’re looking to maximize the impact of your event, we offer lead generation as an optional service. While guests wait for their custom merchandise, they can:

  • Scan a QR code to sign up for your newsletter or mailing list.
  • Enter contests or provide contact information to learn more about your services.

This turns your event into a powerful tool to collect leads and engage potential clients in real time.

6. Post-Event Follow-Up

After the event, we provide a full report, including the number of items printed and any guest engagement metrics (if you choose the lead generation option). We also send you a thank-you email along with a discount offer for your next event.
