Official Ordering Terms & Conditions
At T-Shirt Shop Dallas (Roberson Printing & Graphics), we’ve been in the custom apparel game for 25 years strong, and we know what it takes to deliver high-quality prints with real customer care. Please read these updated terms and conditions carefully. Once payment is made, this agreement becomes binding.
✅ No Minimums
We now offer no minimum order requirement.

Orders under 24 pieces will be printed using DTF (Direct-to-Film) or heat transfer depending on the design.

Larger orders are printed using traditional screen printing.

We choose the printing process that gives your job the best quality and durability.
💳 Payment Terms
Full payment is required to begin production.

Online orders use Stripe for secure checkout.

In-store, we accept Square, cash, company checks, and credit/debit cards.
🕒 Turnaround Time
Standard production time is 5–10 business days after payment and final artwork approval.

Rush service is available when possible. Call us to check availability.

Rush fees:

25% extra for 3–5 day turnaround

50% extra for 2–3 day rush jobs

Shipping times are separate and are not included in turnaround. Shipping is handled by third-party carriers.

🛑 Orders Start After Approval
Production begins only after both payment and artwork approval. Approving a proof means you’ve double-checked spelling, placement, colors, and sizing. We print exactly what you approve.
🔁 Refund & Reprint Policy
Custom items are non-refundable.
However, we guarantee our work:

If we made a mistake—such as printing a different color than shown in your approved proof, using the wrong print location, or delivering artwork that does not match what was approved—we’ll either reprint the job at no charge or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return any unused misprinted items to qualify.
Used or worn items will not be accepted. If you’ve already used them, contact us with photos and we’ll offer a discount on your next order.
If you made the mistake (wrong quantities, approving errors, etc.), we’ll gladly reprint at standard pricing.
🔁 Reorders

Minimum for reorders is 12 pieces

Setup fees apply again—we don’t keep screens on file
🎨 Proofs & Samples

Digital proofs are included.

Pre-production samples are $50 plus $25 per color setup.
🧥 Customer-Supplied Garments
We’ll print your garments, but at your own risk.
Because we can’t guarantee how your garments will react to our inks or equipment, we strongly recommend doing a sample print first. This helps make sure the item can handle the heat, pressure, and ink used in our process.
If you’re providing expensive or uncommon garments, we charge a 20% handling markup to cover the extra care and time required to print them correctly.
Please send 5% more of each size, color, and style than needed to account for test prints and potential misprints. Any unprinted extras will be returned.
❌ Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. If a job does not align with our production capabilities, business model, or values, we may decline the order at our discretion.
🎨 Color Matching & Print Quality
We match colors as closely as possible, but slight variations may occur.

Pantone (PMS) color matching available on 36+ piece orders for an extra charge.

Monitors and inks vary—exact matches not guaranteed

Misprint tolerance is up to 5% industry standard

Thin fonts or low-res artwork may not reproduce well. Provide high-resolution, separated art when possible.
👕 Print Placement Standards

Left/Right chest: 3–5 inches wide

Full front/back: 9–13 inches wide
-
Centering is based on shirt width, not tag/collar
-
Prints may vary up to 1 inch in any direction—this is considered normal

Oversize printing available for an added fee
🧺 Out-of-Stock Items
From time to time, items may be out of stock. If a garment color is unavailable, we will do our best to replace it with the closest matching color. If a specific size is unavailable, we may substitute it by going up one size. We always contact you first for approval before making any changes to your order.

⚖️ Indemnity
By placing an order, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TShirtShopDallas.com / Roberson Printing & Graphics and all its affiliates from any claims, costs, or damages—including legal fees—arising from your use of our site, service, or from any violation of this agreement or third-party rights.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. Federal law.
